Guest guest
> Biofeedback works great and, since stress is often the central component of chronic illness... " Will, I concur that stress (family stress, even inter-generational family stress) is a central factor in illness- probably even more than we comprehend. It's very interesting how it often manifests itself in 1 person in the family. I think 's illness has forced me to really start to face my fears, and to recognize what a huge role stress has played in my life. But I'm curious- why when I talk about Biofeedback do you emphasize the stress factor? I guess I still don't know that much about Biofeedback. Stress has come up in our sessions, along with a lot of other stuff (chemicals, heavy metals, etc.) but is stress identification the main thing Biofeedback is about? Please elaborate. Thanks so much- Sandy
