Guest guest
I had a patient today reporting that when he eats the amount does not matter but the density does. Example: 3 ounces of turkey pounded thin will not satisfy him, but 3 ounces cut 2 " thick will. He reportsthe same experience with vegetables- broccoli and cauliflower fill him after 2 stalks, but he can eat a whole 1# bag of baby carrots. Has anyone heard similar stories?
