How about Iowa? s Grains sells spelt (www.paulsgrains.com). We have

not yet purchased grain from them, but learned of them through a

homeschool alumni forum.

Thanks, Jim! I look forward to checking this out! What we don't

grow/produce ourselves, we for the most part are able to purchase

locally. The grain issue is one I've been wrestling with, however. So,

I appreciate your response.
