Guest guest
I'm looking for a really well outlined healthy weight loss plan. I do neither the shopping nor the cooking as my dear husband has taken those on. He has agreed, however, to shop and help prepare healthy meals and snacks for me. We share dinner together but generally not breakfast or lunch. My preference is for a plan that has menus in it. I'm simply not very good at sitting down with a list of requirements on one hand and a list of healthy foods that need to be allocated on the other hand. I'm a terrible decision maker. My most successful attempt at losing weight before involved following a predetermined set of menus. It takes the guessing and planning out of the whole process. I'm not a picky eater. I love raw milk, meat and fish and poultry in moderation, fruits, eggs (cooked very, very well!), vegetables. I am fortunate to have access to a great dairy as well as fresh produce from a CSA provider. Is there a book or other reference that someone can recommend? Many thanks in advance!
