Thanks for sharing, Kathy. I always get inspired by your cooking. We

had NT pancakes for breakfast with lots of butter, coconut oil, crispy

pecans, plain yogurt, and pure maple syrup. My little girl had avocado

instead of the pecans. We haven't introduced nuts yet.
