Thanks Jacki, Have a great time inbetween. Mo doesn't like to talk about hers either. Not even when we get there. We have a lot of coping things we do and a whole routine for how she goes into surgery. It really helps. I'll be sure to do updates!! Shelliejabostock <jabostock@...> wrote: You're so right Shellie! Great news that she is being weaned off her vent - a bit scary though too!I am so happy that the VEPTR is working out so well for her - and so many of the kiddo's! Such a blessing.Take careLove Jacki> Finally we have gotten a new date for Siobhan's VEPTR - Not until May > 23rd, but having Dr and Dr D'Astous being available to do it, is > such a relief!> And that it's going to be done at Shriner's, SLC is great for us. > Siobhan is very comfortable there, as its where she's had all 4 of her > casts applied, and the care from everyone there has just been > fantastic!> > I'll be checking to see who might be there closer to the time....> > Jacki and Siobhan> >

Hi and Jacki We will be in SLC in April as well though the 9th. I can't believe I will miss you by a week . Maybe you could arrange to stay longer like last time. Only joking!! Jacki I have no idea how Bridget will be able to do hospital without Siobhan. I haven't broken the news yet. We will have to swing it back together again for next time. I hope all goes well with preparations and that she

doesnt get too nervous, bless her heart! Take care and keep us posted. Eliana and I go back April 1 st to SLC. So far shes is doing great in this cast. Hope to catch up soon, Im terribly behind on posts! :-( God bless, and Eliana>> Finally we have gotten a new date for Siobhan's VEPTR - Not until May > 23rd, but having Dr and Dr D'Astous being available to do it, is > such a relief!> And that it's going to be done at Shriner's, SLC is great for us. > Siobhan is very comfortable there, as its where she's had all 4 of her > casts applied, and the care from everyone there has just been > fantastic!> > I'll be checking to see who might be there closer to the time....> > Jacki and Siobhan>

Well done Shellie and Mo and we will be thinking of you and Mo on Feb 14th. Please pass on my and Bridget's best wishes to and Olivia. I hope little Ol adjusts quickly and her halo time goes quickly and successfully fo her. Such a long time to be in hospital but at least at Shriners there is plenty to do. Lovely to hear Siobhan is just as devoted as Bridge. I hinted that we may not be able to see Siobhan this time and she said "well that's easy we'll just wait until she is there. Dr D reviewed her xrays and said Bridget will either get a cast or continue with the bracing depending on the xrays so that is still up in the air a bit. We will have Cormac with us but a mere brother doesn't measure up to "my Siobhan" We will just have to meet up for the next one. Somehow... It is very cute isn't it. But DEVASTED that we'll miss each other LOL!!!!!!I'm guessing that if Bridgey is having a clinic appt., and not a casting, maybe it'll be easier for

her without Siobhan?Rowan asked Siobhan this morning who her best friend "in the whole world" is? And she immediately said "BRIDGET!".
