Guest guest
Hello Group, This short notice doesn't give y'all a lot of time to decide, but if you haven't had the satisfaction of tasting just picked organic fruit, this stuff will make you smile. Splitting boxes is possible if you order a combined box of either fruit. See previous post for varieties. Delivery details need to be clear for those outside the Minneapolis area. Be aware that we do a 300 mile route each week, with a first stop in St Cloud, then moving on to Elk River, Andover, Ham Lake, Coon Lake, Lino/Hugo, Shoreview, North St , Macalester, Brooklyn Center, then to Uptown, Bloomington (Northwestern Health Sciences), Burnsville, Shakopee, Plymouth area, then homeward to Monticello, Cold Spring, etc back to Freeport. We have ways of potentially getting goods to Osceola, La Crosse, etc. So you don't need to drive half a day for this stuff. Questions? Email at mnorganiceggs@.... Be well, Alvin
Guest guest
Everyone, When you want to order some citrus, send your email direct to Alvin, mnorganiceggs@..., and follow that up with a snailmail note and payment to his farm. I have a Citrus FAQ from last year that I will be happy to share with anyone who wants to get tips on what to do with an abundance of citrus (other than putting into Christmas stockings and giving out as Christmas gifts!) and how to best store your citrus. Email me, mom2hns@..., and I will send you the document as an attachment. Thanks Alvin for doing this! We're lucky to have you! Guest guest
I'm in for a lime, two lemons and a grapefruit... I'll stop by Kathy-jo's...<smile> since she is volunteering... OTOH, I WILL canvass the folks I know and work with and hopefully put together a group to order with...I could juice-out a box of everything and net a great batch of funky sauce, but better to share the wealth of good fruit...Thanks for putting this together again and giving the second chance... WE DO COWS! (tired of that, yet<smile>) Best, Alan Re: Texas grapefruit, oranges, lemons and limes Of course, But I don't want everyone from Mpls at your house. Guest guest
I'm wondering where would be the closest place for me to pick up the fruit. I live in Chippewa Falls, WI. I'm thinking it would be St. ? Thanks! Kate
Guest guest
Hello Kate, We're traveling that way over Christmas on route to my sisters home. You're not far from 94? This would be on Christmas Day in the am. Alvin Kathy Bechard <kate@...> wrote: I'm wondering where would be the closest place for me to pick up the fruit. I live in Chippewa Falls, WI.
