Guest guest
Someone I've known for while -- I recently found out is in a position of some responsibility with the American Heart Association. From the mentions of the AHA and similar organizations in books by Enig/Fallon, I'm believing the AHA food recommendations have been wrong as often as not, though they apparently gradually get dragged toward the truth one way or another, over time. It looks like for decades, Americans have been literally living and dying by such food guidelines. This person seems very open-minded, and I'm wondering if someone can recommend a source of information I can forward, maybe a book. I plan eventually to provide this person with snippets from sources such as this link. http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/oiling.html#aha As far as I know, there may be fans of the AHA on this site. If so, help me see the light.
