I went to my solicitor today to give my statement for the tribunal, he said its toss a coin whether I win the case as my ex boss may be considered a b........d to everyone not just me, however he did say there were some technical issues like why he didn't move me from the top floor or give me a pay rise. I am still not sure whether or not the tribunal will be held on 22 and 23 June as planned, my solicitor is hoping it will be postponed so I can have the medical assessment which can be carried out in about 6 weeks, my ex boss has at least agreed to an expert! If not I will have to attend the tribunal without having had a medical report from an expert! I should know in the next couple of days.
