Guest guest
Sorry for the delay in sending this out. Yes, it can be very confusing...Unfortunately, I think each person needs to figure out what works best for them. There was another speaker at the conference, Dr. Natasha -McBride who really wowed all of us. She pointed out that fruits and vegetables are not nutrient-dense foods like animal fat, organ meats and bone broths are. NOT that they are BAD, but that they should only be additions to a nutrient dense diet. That was a new perspective for me. She is not big on grains for anyone, but said that some do better with them than others. If you keep looking, you will find the help you need (maybe not all in one place). I would suggest seeing a Naturopath, I like Dr. Ratte who practices with Dr. Foley in Vadnais Heights. Or a homeopath, such as our very own beth Buchule. Look under Holistic Doctors in the Database. Please keep looking for help, you are worth it and it is out there! Kathy
