We'll be bringing our beef, pork, lamb and rendered lard with us. We're excited to be able to bring nitrate-free Sausage Breakfast links, Polish sausage and Bratwurst made from our own pork!! And what location? I would love 2# of ground beef and 3 sirloins! I may bring my client as well, trying to get him tuned into the grass-fed and local food movement. We will be driving our Green Ford Aerostar Minivan, and parking in the " pheasant " parking lot out in front of the Sears Store.
