sloughing cream recipe?

I'm interested in finding a recipe\formulation for an exfoliation " rub "

There's a skin care company that makes this " vegetable peel " $20.00 for 2oz.

it looks like Noxzema ( that silvery white),

I have no clue what the ingredients are...

I do know that the website claims pineapple as one of the active agents...

works on face, body, feet....

works like Pretty Feet, but rubs off easier....

Avon has one called Fancy Feet, with pumice and walnut shells.

anyway, I had an interested customer ask about a replication\dupe\comparable

product of pretty feet...

any body know of a recipe?

Thank you :o)

Hi Colisa:

Without actually seeing the ingredient list for this product, it would be

difficult to try to replicate it exactly.

I do have some foot care recipes that you may want to try (and just in time

for sandal weather)! :-)

Foot Sloughing Cream

1 cup unscented lotion base*

1/4 cup aloe vera gel

1/4 cup pumice or fine (clean, boiled) sand

1 tb. glycerine

1 tsp. essential oil blend**

(unscented liquid soap can be subbed for the lotion base, if desired)

Cooling Foot Gel

1 cup aloe vera gel (the clear, commercial stuff)

1 tb. glycerine

1 tsp. essential oil blend**

1-2 drops blue food coloring

Refreshing Foot Lotion

1 cup unscented lotion base*

1/4 cup aloe vera gel

1 tb. glycerine

1 tsp. essential oil blend**

1-2 drops blue food coloring

Soothing Foot Soak

1 cup epsom salt

1/2 tsp. essential oil blend**

1-2 drops blue coloring

Use 1/4 cup in 2 gallons warm water

Reviving Foot Spray

2 oz. grain alcohol

2 oz. distilled water

1 tsp. glycerine

1 tsp. essential oil blend**

2 drops blue food coloring

Deodorizing Foot Powder

1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder

1/4 cup baking soda

2 tb. kaolin clay

1/2 tsp. essential oil blend**

*-check the Toiletries Library (link at the bottom of this message) for

suppliers

**-Essential Oil Blend

1/2 tsp. peppermint essential oil

1/4 tsp. tea tree e.o.

1/4 tsp. eucalyptus e.o.
