The icon for messenger comes up on my desktop however I do not get any notification of new messages. I reinstalled messenger 7 but still the same problem. I am also having problems clicking into sites from my incredimail email, I click on the address indicated but nothing happens. I also cannot get into help of PC Optimizer which I have purchased, which also involves clicking a button. I look forward to hearing from you.
