Hello-

My husband and I are going to be incorporating more raw vegetables

into our diet. I will be experimenting with several new recipes and

techniques, however, I do not have the proper equipment. Because the

equipment is costly and out of our budget range, and especially since

we do not know if we want the equipment long term at this point, I am

hoping to borrow, barter, or hire the equipment I am interested in.

If you have any of the equipment listed below, that may be collecting

dust in a corner cabinet, I would love to clean it up for you! I am

thinking maybe about 2 weeks but more realistically, a month, to

borrow. If you have the equipment and are interested, please email me

privately, or call. carolfrisk@... , 763-392-1754

The pieces I really need are:

Excaliber dehydrator, or one that allows you to set the temperature.

Saladacco spiralizer (or another tool that allows you to make " pasta "

from zucchini.

The things that are not critical but I would like to check out for my

new recipes are:

Food processor (all I have is a blender)

Vitamix blender (I have a kitchen aid blender)

A champion or green star juicer (I have a juiceman Jn).

Thank you!

Carol Frisk
