Dietitians who are also legislators?

Colleagues, I would like to interview dietitians in our country who have gone on to become legislators, for my next newsletter, which will focus on the 2008 election and how it pertains to my specialized areas of nutrition. I know of Senator Aguirre in Arizona and Representative Dostis of Vermont. (I think he is not in the House as I write this, but previously was.) Do any of you out there know of any others?
