Guest guest
I'm not sure if this is what you have in mind, but www.sparkpeople.com is a free website that anyone with internet service can access. It requires a user name and password to create an " account " and then you can log on to track food intake. I advise for my patients, but also use it myself. I find it amazing sometimes how many calories I can consume, and of course I'm knowledgable about nutrition~so imagine the impact it makes on the patient. And I would say its user friendly for the average person. Good luck! Guest guest
One of my patients uses sparkpeople.com. I think the url is http://sparkpeople.com/myspark/loginpage.asp?whereFrom=nutrition.asp Registration is free. They offer a whole support program online including the ability to do away with the meal plans and input your own diet and have it analyzed. Just one option. Kathy J.
