I can't comment on the program, but I do remember when " Powerbuilding " came

out around 1992 used another name, Brad Jeffries. Bill

interviewed him in MM, hyped the program and called him an expert trainer.

Of course he didn't tell people Brad Jeffries was actually his brother

. I belive it took a couple of years before people found out about

it.

'Powerbuilding Programs' ?

Powerbuilding Programs from the company " Power Systems, " an affiliate of EAS

started by ? I have 2 programs from this company and was

considering giving them a try, but they're rather different from what I'm

used to. I guess (brother of EAS CEO Bill ) is known

for having trained a number of pro athletes (Denver Broncos), along with

actors, such as Sly stallone and Brad Pitt (when he needed to get in shape

for " fight club " ).

Does anyone here know of his workout style, if it works, etc..?
