Buyer beware !!!!! There are many companies

that offer this " technology " . Please do your research (not by

reading the information the companies will provide) before signing yourself

or your clients up for this. I did not think we were to post this type

of " opportunity " to the listserv.

Dear Group,

I offer the Gensona Genetic Testing Program

in my practice and would like to know if anyone is interested in also offering

to c lients or in taking the tests themselves.

It is now possible, with simple lab tests,

to evaluate your genetic patterns. The Gensona Testing Program can

assist in making better choices. Foods and supplementation can actually

speak to your genes and positively shift genetic outcomes.

I recommend these tests to anyone that

is having trouble with weight loss, has or has family history of osteoporosis,

heart disease, GI disorders, cancer, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or is simply

pro-active and include the results as part of the client's overall assessment

when deciding upon the individual's treatment. Based on scientific

evidence, the above conditions and many others are attributed to excessive

inflammation and lack of metabolism of certain B vitamins and/or antioxidants

due to genetic variations and we can now look at gene expression and identify

anyone with the previous.

You can reach me at 562 810-6739 for more

information.

Happy New Year to everyone!!

Sincerely,

Magnolia Vela, MS, RD, CDE

Hello Rita, I have done my research. And regarding the latter, I do not consider it an opportunity but another piece of the puzzle to information regarding our genetic predisposition. A great book to read is "It's not just your Genes!" by Ruth DeBusk who was a geneticist before she became a registered dietitian and a pioneer in this field. Thank you for your concern, MagnoliaR@... wrote: Buyer beware !!!!!
