as a matter of record, just because a doc is not a member of the OCA, it does

not mean you can't come join us on December 14, 2010, at the Emergency

Membership Meeting. You simply can't cast a vote. You can, however, see for

yourself what is going on and express your opinion. Unless the Board decides to

take this meeting to executive session, which they would not allowed by a

members request at the November meeting, you will be alowed to stay. So, come

and join us for this meeting, members or not.
