Make sure you vote no on the proposed By-Laws change

Dear List Mates.

The only way I can see to stop what has happened within the OCA, that being the

180 degree turn in legislative success that Dr. Saboe has produced this past 10

years, and prevent the current Board from taking us in a direction that produced

the horrible legislative results that killed us in the late 1980s and early

1990s with SB 1197, is to make sure you VOTE NO on the ballot that has been, or

is being mailed out by the OCA to change the current By Laws. These proposed

changes will make sure to give majority control over the OCA Board by it's

current Board members. We need a complete change in Board Members, as

originally stated in the By Laws that were formed at the time of the merger.

And, the only way to see this happens is with a NO vote when you send your

ballot back. Make sure you send it in within the time frame stated on the

ballot so there is no question as to the outcome. Make sure you also keep a

photocopy so you can prove how you voted if asked at a later time.

I will be posting the versions of events, from my perspective, that lead up to

the horrible tragedy , and travesty of Dr. Vern Saboe being fired as our

lobbyist.
