This is long and boring....but to me looks like a full frontal assault on the hegemony of the medical profession.  The AMAs SOPP evidently anticipated this effort.

 

One interesting wrinkle is to substitute the CAM profesions (some of 'em anyway) for nursing and see where it takes us.
