Guest guest
Colleagues, Occasionally we have run into problems with companies with stringent filing deadlines. As we are an office that (for now) mails or faxes bills there are times where something gets lost in the mail or was mis-filed etc and the deadline is then impossible to meet. Companies with unusually low filing times are also ironically the companies that refuse to pay despite any reasoning provided. We can write these charges off I'm hoping? Just seems unfair that ultimately we end up treating a patient for free because of a logistical error. thoughts?? ph Medlin D.C.
