What are the official rules regarding people joining (with proper I.D. That they are a licensed chiropractor in Oregon)?

Can they join today and vote?

Can they join tonight prior to the meeting?

I’ve got an old friend who is on the verge of joining because of all the excitement.

(If he were a real friend, he would have joined a long time ago but that’s another argument.)

This might be a great membership drive.
