Guest guest
Ok just found it, click on health child programme then a list of. QA s come up click on questions for local authoritySent from my BlackBerry smartphone from Virgin MediaFrom: Cowley <sarahcowley183@...>Sender: Date: Tue, 27 Mar 2012 18:01:09 +0100< >Reply Subject: new DH dcouments The Department of health have released a whole raft of new documents, see http://www.dh.gov.uk/health/2012/03/supporting-partnership-working/That link leads on to two further pages, one of which has a several posters and pamphlets to support the new service vision and offer, and recruitment guidance. There are two 'factsheets,' one for GPs and one for local government, which spell out the government's commissioning guidance very clearly, ie, NHS PCT commissioning clusters at present; NHS Commissioning Board to 'retain ovdersight' until 2015, when it will go to local government. From 2013, local government assume responsibility for commissioning school nursing/5-19 services. There is a link to all the new school nursing documents, in case anyone missed them, and two 'pathways' through services - pathway one is antenatal to postnatal (8 weeks), ie, midwifery to health visiting and pathway 2 is aged 2- 10 years, ie, transition from health visiting to school nursing. No transitions, so no pathway for two months to two years - I hope that doesn't mean they will be forgotten!Lots of useful stuff here, just a great deal of it!best wishes Cowleysarahcowley183@...http://myprofile.cos.com/S124021COn
