Guest guest
I hadn't thought about swimming. I say take it off for 2 reasons - (1) how long will they really be in the pool? and (2) being in direct sun while in a pool, I'd factor in heat exposure. I can't think that such a small amount of time, maybe 2 times a week tops can hurt them. I don't know about you guys, but I have found it a lot of work to be in the water with them, so the time would probably be minimal. As for swim lessons, they are always a couple times a week and for short time durations. But as always, ask the CT experts! Kimry

Guest guest
No, you can't swim with the helmet on. And if they swim in a pool, make sure you rinse their hair very, very well to get all the chlorine out before putting the band back on. It wouldn't be good on the band or the baby to have it trapped in there. Does it say what you can use to remove the finish when you want to change the design? I change Grace's a lot! Guest guest
It doesn't say what to use to remove. I assume it's permanent. I'll find something to spray tonite and see if alcohol/nail polish remover(???) takes it off. Any other suggestions? Kg. " C." wrote: From: " C." <crain@...> No, you can't swim with the helmet on. Guest guest
Kendra, Good ? about the swimming. I don't think it would be a good idea. I figure the foam would absorb water. I don't know about the band but mt sons helmet is glued to outer shell. Belinda
