Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 I was just curious if anyone here that has lupus or fibromyalgia has had trouble with their memory since their diagnosis? My mom has lupus and a lady I work with has fibromyalgia. Both illnesses have very similiar symptoms, so I sort of talk to his lady about what my mom goes through and she has the same thing happening with her. Both of them didn't have any trouble before, but now even something very simple is hard to do. Like now, they have to write down everything because they will forget it or simple tasks at work that they have done repeatedly for years now even become difficult sometimes. Its very strange how this happens and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems. Even like reading a book is hard because the both say its so hard to concentrate or they will have to go back and reread something because they can't remember what they read or it just don't make sense so you have to go back through it. I'm trying to find out more info about it and does anyone know what might be causing or if there is anything they can do to try to fix it? Abby DSL Something to write home about.
