Thanks, Carie Faszholz Special Assistant to the President Director of Alumni Services University of Western States Integrating Health and Science 2900 NE 132nd Ave Portland, OR 97230 503/251-5713 Dear Colleagues, It is with great sadness that I convey news of Dr. Stonebrink's death in December of last year. Dr. Stonebrink, an active member of the Western States community for 5 decades, was a nationally recognized chiropractor whose contributions to the profession are innumerable and far-reaching. As a UWS faculty member, his teaching and mentorship has proved invaluable to generations of alumni. A memorial service for Dr. Stonebrink will be held on Saturday, January 29th, at 1pm, on the University of Western States campus. Please join us in the UWS Gymnasium/Auditorium to celebrate Dr. Stonebrink's extraordinary life, his leadership of the institution, and impact on the chiropractic profession. Personal remembrances will be shared; please contact Dr. Mark Sepulveda at drmark59@...<mailto:drmark59@...>, if you are interested in providing input for the service. A reception in Hampton Hall will immediately follow the service. The Stonebrink family has asked that in lieu of flowers, guests consider donating to UWS in honor of Dr. Stonebrink. Condolences may be sent c/o the Office of the President, UWS, 2900 NE 132nd Ave, Portland, OR, 97230. Please contact the Office of the President at 503-251-5712, or President@...<mailto:President@...>, with any questions you might have. Warm regards, ph Brimhall, DC President University of Western States 2900 NE 132nd Ave Portland, OR 97230 503-251-5712
