We are thinking about remodeling our office and moving the secretary/CA out from behind the small window configuration. As we think about it, it seems that more people could possibly over hear conversations with insurance companies, or concerning personal matters, etc. Will this be an issue with HIPPA?

It seems that offices are moving back to a walled reception area configuration. I am wondering if this is due to HIPPA requirements. What are you doing in your offices to be patient friendly for that first impression, but protecting privacy? I would welcome some input. Thanks.
