Sunny,

This message is copied to Jan Ferrante and the OCA office.

I've orderred different colored name tags for members (red) and non-members (white). The chair can then easily recognize who's a member and who's a non-member. We have heard form a few icepac contributors who are not members, that they've been told they are not allowed to enter the meeting. However, Mike ; the association counsel assured me at the 11-18-10 meeting that general membership meetings are considered open to the public. We may not restrict them from entering. They can NOT vote. I've asked them not to speak so the members have preference to speak. However, once the dust settles, we should as ana ssociation, figure a way for non-member financial contributors to participate. IMHO.

I've printed sign in sheets. Separate ones for members vs non-members. I want to get folks to sign in prior to entering the room. There's a place to put name, email address, phone, address. I am planning on asking all non-members to leave the room if ballots are passed out for any reason. That way there can be no question that a non-member is voting. I'm arranging for a couple non-membes to man those stations to help with organization.

venue?

HI Guys,

Anybody called WS to alert them that we may need a larger venue than Hampton Hall?
