Sharron, and all, The OCA position on the election is that it is a matter for members and only a general announcement to that ballots are coming would be posted in that forum.

I have asked for the people who are running for the OCA board to be posted to the list serve. None yet have been posted. I am not an OCA member for several reasons. Some day I may change my mind. I have however, contributed a small sum to ICE-PAC now called CHIROPAC. Even though I do not have any say in the OCA I do have an interest in the money donated and how it will be used. So in some way it is my business who is up for election. Would any of the people running for the board seats and who are on the list serve mind being asked some questions and responding here?s. fuchs dc

Thank you Ron. That is why I asked the question. Indeed some have answered me directly but if possible, without harming their relationship with the OCA, it would be good to have the discussion open. I understand. I may however, think of a few questions for thought but not expecting a response.

Thank you. Here is my first question for thought - no one has to answer this on

the list serve or even to me :

Will you seek to fire Tonkin Torp immediately from doing any work for the OCA

,especially since they have 5 lawyers working as lobbyists for the Physical

Therapy Association?
