Guest guest
Yikes. Thought I'd pass the tail end of some email flurries with Sentry insurance in the event that some of you are having the same problem with either Sentry or this particular adjuster. Gross incompetence or just willful disregard for rule and law. In any event, I'd better have a check on my desk by Saturday or Monday. Geesh! As if our jobs aren't difficult enough without this. Have a good day and weekend. Ann DC ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Re: Dr. Ann RE: Rose #42A583389 lie, In today's mail we received payment and EOB for dates of service 03/12/2010 through 03/23/2010. However, the resubmitted billing I provided you with (for a second time) was for dates of service 03/12/2010 through 04/16/2010. So here is what I need to know: Will you please verify whether or not there is second check and EOB on its way for the still unpaid dates of service 03/26/1020 through 04/16/2010? If a second check is on the way, thank you for taking care of this. If it is NOT on the way, I will ask you to speak to your supervisor or someone who can resolve this problem and make sure that payment gets to my office within the next 3 to 4 business days. If we do not receive payment by then, we will be filing a formal complaint with the State Insurance Commission regarding Sentry's ongoing negligence. I KNOW that you received the HCFA's for dates of service 03/26/2010 to 04/16/2010. I sent them to you MYSELF in a 22-page fax on 10/23/2010. All of the pages I sent were numbered. The dates of service for these bills were numbered 10, 11, 12 and 13. I will look forward to a satisfactory update and resolution of this matter. As you know, we are now 6 months out from the date I first sent Mr. Rose's first billing with documents. And as you also know from my previous communications, it has been exasperating to have to keep contacting you about this situation and yet still not getting things resolved. I will thank you ahead of time for your attention and timely response to this email. Dr. Ann E.
