I had an OCA member fax me a copy of an ODS survey that asks if she has policies / procedures in

place in her office related to the "use of seclusion and restraint as required under the Code of Federal

Regulations" and it references CFR 438.100 (be free from any form of restraint or seclusion used as a

means of coercion, discipline, convenience or retaliation).

What is this about??? Does anyone know what this is regarding?
