Guest guest
Docs, Our office manager was recently informed by a Medisoft tech support /retailer person that none of the offices she works with send chart notes automatically with auto and work comp billings. She stated that if they want the records they must request them and then we are to charge for them. We have always just automatically sent chart notes with the HCFA’s and not charged for the records. I would love to hear from some of you regarding what approach you take on this matter. Thanks in advance, Sorah, DCmsorah@...
Guest guest
I always send chart notes with work comp and MVAs, it speeds up the payment process and saves me from having to deal with the adjusters more then necessary. Guest guest
They can be genetic as well, some people just have floppy valves that don't hold up, which is a bummer. I know thin, fit folks with terrible varicose veins who eat like champs. If she wants it treated I know an ND in town who does an outstanding job. Pretty simple procedure and they're gone! Guest guest
This is an interesting and very important topic. There are the genetic considerations, connective tissue problems but I have had excellent results alleviating and slowing progression by treating the colon and liver. Food allergies, toxicity, etc cause excessive lymphatic and venous congestion and stagnation.
