Guest guest
Hi All! My staff member wanted me to ask a question regarding driving with a suspended license because she's getting kicked off her family's auto insurance. She sold her car a while ago and the person who bought it got into an accident with it the next day. She got pulled over recently and the officer advised her that she was driving with a suspended license. She found out that it related to her car getting into an accident (unsure why). She has a clean license except for the suspension. How can she get this off her record? She has a bill of sale and a notarized letter from the buyer stating that they take full responsibility. She spoke to DMV and they advised her that they only keep the records, the courts make the suspension. Thanks, Cluen, DC
