Guest guest
Starting a thread here and asking that we hear from rookies, veterans, geezers, and geeks. Word on the street has it that they got a recession thing going. -Cousin Wash Hogwallop from O’ Brother, Where Art Thou” What are you doing intentionally to respond to a less than booming economy where chiropractic may fall from an essential to a discretionary expense in some patient’s minds? I’ll contribute this: There is a list of things that I have done in the past and plan to do to reach new patients and reactivate old patients. By the time I complete that list (and the additional stuff that the process scares up) I will have affected my patient census more than the economy will affect it. Some on the list: Sending personal cards to favorite old patients; Speaking to service groups about wellness; Blogging regularly; (Incidentally, we quit managed care over 2 years ago and our stats are still up in every major category NP, PV, SVCs, Coll., although we do miss getting reams of paper from them!)
