The Chiropac as definitively showed its political color. I am very happy that the leaders of OCA and the PACs are living the political connection dream but it needs to be balance and strategic. For me there is a lot more to gain in a stronger economy then in a few extra work comp cases or worst the access to some Medicare level PCP reimbursement patient group. The fact is that even if K. wins, the make up of the house and the senate will change. We need to have friends on both side of the aisle. Sorry folks but shaking hands with the big Democratic wigs is not going to help put patients back into my waiting room!Even less lining their pockets with the little cash we have. Why? From what I have understand he has not been very supportive of our profession. Wasn't he the one that was instrumental in shutting down the Chiropractor of the day program? It is nice to have "friends" but I think it is more important to support friends who support our profession! In reviewing on the Secretary of State's website "we" have donated $6500.00 to democrats and $500.00 to Dudley. Again are their not any republicans running for office?
