I just finished my HIIT. I really hit the 9's and the 10 boy oh

boy!!! I am feeling very motivated, but I still battle with that

voice in my head that tells me how I used to be in better shape and

I used to run the whole time and lift more lbs and blah, blah,

blah!!! I know I will be there again, and I have to let it go. I

know I should just enjoy the journey of getting back in shape. I am

going to measure so I can see progress. I wasn't going to because

the #'s will embarrass me, but I think I will for when I hit that 8

week plateau phase. Anyway, thanks for listening (or reading)
