I have not ever received info on this organizational development or request for volunteers to help organize district outreach groups. Is the only outreach done by posting on the OCA website or on the OCA facebook site? I'm not on facebook. The last association magazine quality pamphlet that went out didn't have any information on this. Is our only source of notification if we check the assoc. website? ANd if so, how often do you recommend we do this? Is there any plan to send a group email out to members to better update us on association plans? How many members are on facebook? If the number is not inclusive of the entire membership, would the leaders consider other outreach to get us information?
