Guest guest Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 Listmates, I recently evaluated 40yo female c/o mod-severe lumbosacral pain which she states was aggravated by rear-end collision of 7/10. At the time she was 6 weeks pg and then miscarried 4 weeks later. She has now retained an attorney who she says is trying to prove that the miscarriage (and resulting LB pain) was a result of the MVC. She did not, however, seek out medical care for her back pain until now. I'd appreciate feedback about the pros/cons of accepting this case and the legal ramifications.
