Guest guest Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, A 13-y/o pt has moderately low R shoulder and scapular apex with mild L head tilt, moderately kyphotic thoracic spine, is negative, recent rapid growth, father is 6’3” no other health info, mom is 5’7” no clinical signs of scoliosis. Films suggest ~ 6 mm short on L femur head with associated towering of lumbar spine to L, no thoracic curve. Do I use a lift to level the pelvis and allow the body to think all is well or wait and expect his innate to correct the discrepancy? Thanks in advance for the collective wisdom of the group.
