Guest guest Posted February 9, 2005 Report Share Posted February 9, 2005 Today after my LBWO, I was on a " pity party " and not feeling like I have been improving because I have been sick the last few days and today was very light because of that, but my trainer showed me the sheets he fills out of my workouts and when I started first of January, my leg press weights, not counting the 60 #'s of the machine itself, has gone from 45 #'s to 210 #'s!! Thats 270 total!! I was feeling pretty chuffed after that, let me tell you! We are working on my lower body hard because I am a cyclist and I have my big bike ride across Kansas of 510 miles over 8 days in June and I've only been biking about a year. My self confidence has really gone up since I started BFL. I would have never dreamed that I would consider doing a big bike ride like this before and I am feeling stronger all the time!
