Hi friends

any thoughts, advice for missing a week of BFL - but maintaining EFL? I'm

ready to renew but for a variety of reasons I havent been able to get to my

workouts this week (C1W3). Ok, I'll admit it: I need encouragement! Plus

i really need to throw away the scale.

I love this board and learn so much. Thanks to all who always take their

time to answer our calls!

My thoughts are good for you fore eating well! Put the missed workout

behind you and move on. Life happens. My little guy is sick today

(yesterday too) and this stomped on my cardio time this morning. Some

things are beyond our control.

Set a new goal and jump back in!! I am C1W2, right on your heels.
