I'm ready to renew but for a variety of reasons I havent been able to get to my workouts this week (C1W3). Ok, I'll admit it: I need encouragement! Plus i really need to throw away the scale. My little guy is sick today (yesterday too) and this stomped on my cardio time this morning. Some things are beyond our control. Set a new goal and jump back in!! I am C1W2, right on your heels.
