Hi friends

any thoughts, advice for missing a week of BFL - but maintaining EFL? I'm

ready to renew but for a variety of reasons I havent been able to get to my

workouts this week (C1W3). Ok, I'll admit it: I need encouragement! Plus

i really need to throw away the scale.

I love this board and learn so much. Thanks to all who always take their

time to answer our calls!

It's always best to eat clean if you can't work out. Relax. BFL is a

process so enjoy it. Get back to it strictly and forget about the

lost week. Hope this helps.
