As predicted, documents coming thick and fast! Thanks

to Cheryll for drawing attention to this one, which actually sets out a pretty

convincing vision, and does at least acknowledge the need to improve

recruitment and retention of health visitors. Nice to see proper

references, and to see Toity's work cited (sorry if that sounds too 'posey

academic,' but I just hate all the usual assertions with no evidence to

support them). It all sounds very good, if only (small detail!) it can be

funded and implemented locally.
