Well done Maggie and I am so glad you have also written to the non executives .

I do hope this brings a response - I am sure Hampshire is on the CQC and the Dh radar.

Hi

How right you are - I just have some concerns about the FNP announcements taking the money from frontline health visiting and I think we need to watch that.

I know you know well Starting Well in Scotland and I have to say my evidence to date from Flying Start in Wales indicates that as you estimated a caseload of 100 to 110 families works well with intensive health visiting and I really do think we need to impress on Anne Milton this issue.

Perhaps we could have debate on how to do that so the FNP does not take over. But just to say I am not dismissing its effect - I just think there is a third way!
