Guest guest
Hi all, It seems like telling a new practitioner how to grow a practice is like telling a teenager how to find a job. Things that seem obvious now are a for a new terrain for them. I was thinking about developing a list of measurable tasks to help new docs accomplish in the first six months of being in a new practice. This might include visiting for BNI groups, attending Toastmasters, setting up an outside lecture, sitting at freeway on ramps with a cardboard sign, posture screenings, etc. Anyone have suggestions for things to put on this list?
