I Elvira make the following statement, believing it to be true as

I may present it to a court of law to further my activism on behalf of

healthy buildings for healthy citizens.

I have been personally afflicted by sick buildings on two occasions summarized

as follows:

(1) I lived in a building under HUD administration which was infested with

mold. When I complained about the mold

I was evicted into the street and had to sleep in a car. Both conditions (the

apartment with mold and the car) were harmful to my health.

They made me feel not well.

(2) I did political activism when I joined a protest in which I carried a

picture of President Clinton.

As a result of that protest I spent a short time in a jail which was another

sick building.

The bed bugs caused me to lose sleep and I felt not well because of the lack

of sleep.

The food was so bad that it too made me feel not well.

Club Level 2/7/02 I have a Neck and 2 injuries to my Back from this

misbehalf!?.

Also I recently went to court before Judge JEFFREY E.STREITFELD My

understanding of what

Judge STREITFELD said is that if it could be proven that a landlord caused

my ill health,

the landlord should pay the medical bill and not me.

I so agree With what the Horable Judge said. to me that alone was a victory

I'm very ill from Mold.

and feel I can't get justice the powers that be are much stronger than

people like myself and others.

we are Human you know. and have feelings this and more has happen to me by

those placed in office.

what a shame?

This is one person that needs to be investigated along with her buddies,

McCormick, Krissy & Lori Parrish, Jill Deboys, G. Cocking his

L. Lubell Esq Florida Bar #.:2437 also On -Site Mold Analysis,INC.

JoAnne Greenstone, M.T. State Of Florida License Number TN 37586 and

others they are dangerous people. Don't take my word investigate them Hore

Mongers and friends when people like theses get away with all the wrongs

they do just think can I be you? don't think so for it's all about

education and who you are dealing with I can go on.

I will walk into that court room chin up Knowing I may not get Justice but

maybe another can this is about our Childrens, Children it's a shame

What kind of building laws and policies might they have with respect to

building complexes,

which induce illness and those which induce health? They will never say.
