Its is distilled, electroylite enhanced water with calcium choloride, magnesium chloride and potassium bicarbonate? Distilled water is good for the short term. Milk thistle is good for the liver, including an herb called " Oregon Grape " . I also occassionally sprinkle my food with cayenne pepper. My doctor tells me to eat " Indian food " , as Indian spices are great detoxifiers for the liver. :-) Be careful that you don't eat the fried dishes though. Anyway, this works for me. If you want to try something natural, you might want to check this out. > Cyndi >
Guest guest
My dad used to give me smart water and now I am a genius...lol When I talked to a chemist about the Candida's diet he told me to only drink distilled water during this time. The enzymes were replaced in vitamins and such.. Otherwise I agree, you do need the electrolytes. Chris... " J.
