Guest guest
Okay... I have too much time on my hands.... I found the chart that would figure fat loss/muscle gain and been playing around with the numbers... I started at 17% bodyfat and weighing 169-- which means my fat lbs are 28.73 and lean muscle is 140.27... If I get to 15% and up to 175lbs fat lbs will be 26.25 and lean would be 148.75... A fat loss of 2lbs and muscle gain of 8... If I got to 13% BF and 175 weight, fat lbs would be 22.75 and lean would be 152.25... I would have a fat loss of 6 and muscle gain of 12... If I get to 15% and stay at 169 that would be fatlbs of 25.53 and lean as 143.65 which means 3lbs for fat loss and muscle gain... 14% and 170 weight would be fat lbs 23.80 and 146.20 lean... with a fat loss of 5 and muscle gain would be 6 14% and 175 would be 24.50 fatlbs and 150.50 lean which would be fat loss of 4 and muscle gain of 10... Okay now that I have totalled baffled you and myself for that matter with these numbers, what do you think? What should be my aim? I definitely want to lower body fat... that is my main goal... I would like to lose lbs on the scale... HOWEVER I think that if I can see a smaller bodyfat I wouldn't really care about the scale........ so should I am for 13% bodyfat and weight of 175 or what??? Okay... I am done rambling now.... Juls
