Keep Those Work Comp Letters Coming!

Dear Colleagues,

Please keep the letters from yourself and you injured worker

patients coming as per a complaint relative to:

1.

Being told by their employer they must treat at the

local Occ Med Clinic, Urgent Care Clinic, or Company Doctor/Nurse.

2.

Being taken from you and being forced to see a Managed

Care Organization “doctor who is on the microscopic panel.”

Thanks to all of you doctors who have sent me letters over

the last few months please those of you who have not taken the time please send

me those letters. Yes I know, you see very few Workers comp cases and the

two reasons for that are list above and that which we are going to end.
